MATERIALS FOR SLEEVE PIPE CONNECTOR |
| |
Materials for sleeve pipe connector should have tensile strength σ ь≥520 MPa , shrinkage rate ψ ≥ 40% and elongation rate δ ѕ≥ 25% as specified in GB/T1220, GB/T699, GB/T3077 and GB/T1591; the ratio of tensile strength σ ь and yeild strength σ ѕ should be greater than 1.4. Meanwhile, quality certificate for mate- rial should be provided. Materials for sleeve pipe connector should be austenite stainless steel OCr18Ni9 (304) or OCr17Ni12Mo2 (316). |

MATERIALS FOR STEEL STRANDS |
| |
Steel strands or steel cables to match sleeve pipe connectors should be steel strands or steel cables specified in GB/T9944 and GB/T8918. Meanwhile, quality certificate for material should be provided. Materials for steel strands in this |

CONDITIONS FOR USE |
| 2.a |
Ambient operating temperature for tension bars is -20 °C-+320 °C. It is strictly prohibited to use over 320 °C. |
| 2.b |
Tension bars should not be bent or cut while in use. |
| 2.c |
Anticorrosive measures should be taken when tension bars are used in corrosive environment. |
